I have long known that you actually sweat more after shaving your armpits, you notice it less because there is no hair to trap the smell.
But have you guys noticed that without hair your head sweats something awful? I had to make a very brisk (VERY BRISK, almost running) walk of nearly two miles today, and when I got to the train, my head was sweating so badly it was running down my face and neck. I wasn't wearing anything on my head, was out with my wispy hair and shiny bald scalp today. I wasn't particularly sweaty otherwise. I have noticed this quite a lot lately, the thinner my hair gets, the more my scalp sweats. Or is it that the less hair you have, the more it run down your face? I haven't really had any hair much in the last few years, I find it hard to remember! I do remember standing out in the Swiss sunshine at a rock festival at 37 degrees and having the pink dye sweat out out my hair, down my face, and dye my facial hair pink too. That was fun. Anyway it wasn't even hot today, actually chilly.
