Hi Nitasha

Welcome to the forum.  Would you like to elaborate your question.  Overcome in what way - emotional support, cosmetic/appearance help or treatments.
Do have a read around because everything is covered somewhere on the forum, and come back with your questions.

Hi Nitasha, did you doctor give you any ideas about what form of hair loss you are experiencing? The treatment differs for each kind. Personally I have opted out of any treatments as the cost would not be justified as the results can't be sure. Alopecia has much more of an emotional impact on our lives than physical, support and understanding are vital to our well being.

If it is just an unhealthy diet that you Dr thinks is the cause for hair loss, you should ask to have a blood test as one of the symptoms of anemia (which is caused by low iron levels and could be from poor diet) is hair loss.
How are the hair loss levels now?
