The East Anglia Support Team (EAST) has been set up to enable people with alopecia to discuss all aspects of the condition. Meetings are both friendly and informal. All selected venues are specifically chosen to create a relaxed atmosphere.

EAST meets are not only open to people with alopecia, but also friends and family of those who are affected. From time to time guests will be invited along, from dermatologist to wig specialists, to help answer any questions you may have.

Meeting dates, times and locations

Meetings generally take place once every three months and are scheduled for the third week of the month. They are kept to a weekend to cater for those who maybe away from the region throughout the normal working week.

We endeavour to meet at 1pm, where you can stay for as little or as long as you wish. Meeting locations may vary from time to time, but will normally be held in the Bury St Edmunds area. The venue is likely to be either a public house or café, to enable the purchase refreshments if required.
