Chloe Kinnin (18) from Merseyside organised a Fashion Show to raise money and awareness for Alopecia UK.
Money was raised by selling tickets to family and friends and the fashion show was put on by a company called
'Colours. (Fun)raising Fashion Shows'. The evening provided an opportunity for guests to buy high street clothing at discounted prices.
Refreshments and cake were provided and Jen & Wendy from Alopecia UK were in attendance with a stall of Alopecia UK merchandise.
Jen introduced the evening by saying a few words about alopecia and the charity.
Additional funds were raised with a raffle on the night (for which Chloe had collected lots of prizes), a collection at school and the sale of some of AUK's 'Bags of Happiness'.
We are thrilled to announce that will all her efforts Chloe has raised a whopping £1,288 for Alopecia UK.
It was a pleasure to meet Chloe at our 'Big Weekend' event earlier in the year where she picked up some information about fundraising for Alopecia UK (as well as taking away some of our 'Bags of Happiness' to sell).
Thank you Chloe for all your hard work!
